Anyone rent a Pacifica from Dollar?

Dollar's website shows seating for 5, but Chrysler's website shows the Pacifica has seating for 6. Does anyone know how many the Dollar Pacificas seat? Thanks in advance!

We rented one from Dollar in Las Vegas a few years ago. It had two seats in the front and three in the back row.

You will have NO room for luggage if you plan on having 6 people in the car. When the 3rd row is in use it pretty much eliminates most of the storage in the rear. Not even a average size suitcase would fit. It's a great car, but you might consider a larger suv or minivan.

Ditto. But it depends on the style of Pacifica. If the Dollar site says 5, then it is two front bucket seats and a bench in the back for 3 people. There would be more room for luggage that way.

The first-generation Pacificas all had seating for 6, in a 2-2-2 configuration. I think it was the 2005 model year that brought a bench seat option for the second row with no third row...only storage in the rear. If you need the five seats make sure it has the bench in the second row or, as another poster said, you'll have little room for luggage.

I own a Pac with the 2-2-2 config, and have 2 kids. We've driven it to Disney as well as other vacation spots and it actually does hold a good amount of cargo as long as you are only using first and second row seating. I think the most we had back there was last summer when we packed four HUGE duffels, two sets of golf clubs, laundry basket, laptop, pillows, a few misc. bags and two beach chairs.

Luggage space wouldn't be a problem - we're only 4 coming from the airport and 5 going back. My son is living/working at Disney World right now, so at times we'd be 6 people. Thanks for the info - but we did decide to just pay the extra money for the minivan to be sure everyone is nice and comfy!

I'm glad I saw this thread as thought the Pacifica's sat 7 people in a 2-2-3 configuration! My friend who's looking for a 7 seater told me that, I guess I better let her know she's worng-LOL!
