As I plan our restaurants for this May, I recall some of the old ones I miss!!
One was Harry's Safari--was in the Dolphin as I recall, about where Shula's is now(?)
Anyway, the servers dressed in Jungle Cruise style attire and the food was excellent. They had the meats etc on display as you walked in and at dessert time they brought out a "treasure chest" type box with rock candy on a stick to use as a sweetener.
Had one of the best appetizers there I ever had at WDW--mushroom caps stuffed with Italian sausage--YUM!! Six large ones and they could have served it as a full meal.
Just my trip down memory lane---
