I have been doing transcendental meditation (TM) on and off for the past 20 years. I am really trying to commit to doing it again regularly.
I can get up earlier and do my morning meditation, but it's always a challenge to do the afternoon/evening one. I have two small children and I work full time, so finding 20 minutes is a challenge. I may be able to squeeze in 10 minutes.
Since it's been so long, I've forgotten if you can do it before bed. Does anyone do this?
I really love TM and I know my life is much better when I do it regularly (more energy, clearer thoughts, more creative, etc).
Anyone have any ideas/tips on how they fit it in?
