Anyone else started planning for 2010 yet. I have started to think about it mainly as we can not afford to go next year because we are moving in to our first home. I am hoping for 3 weeks in either September or may try to go late October going into November so that we can do both MNSSHP and MVMCP will be staying onsite for first time at either a moderate or a deluxe.

:thumbsup2 Yes!! We have got a rough idea so far, but we are now thinking of adding a 4 day Disney cruise too, so we are waiting for the 2010 dates to be released.

Its never too early to plan! :goodvibes

Oh are you planning on getting married in Disney or will it be your honeymoon?

I can't wait for 2010 dates to be released and I'm hoping free dining will still be offered.

We were hoping to marry at Disney, but really couldn't justify the cost (as I only want a low key, simple ceremony) and also at the moment we don't know exactly how many guests are definitely joining us :)

We can't book the wedding venue until a year in advance (May 2009), so we have no fixed date for the actual day yet, only that it will be early May hopefully (depending on venue availability). The cruise would then be our honeymoon and a holiday within our holiday!

That's cool I think the Escape package is a good package for a simple but wonderful wedding. I am tempted by the disney cruise myself and I have never been interested in cruising before.

We have already booked our villa for the last 2 weeks in October and first week in November 2010.
We also have 2 weeks booked Feb 2009 and last 3 weeks in October 2009.
Never too early to plan I say

Kenny

Yeah and we can start saving up nice and early. :goodvibes At the moment I think it could be Port Orleans Resort for us although not sure which one.

Hi

I already have a villa booked for Nov/Dec 2010! :woohoo:

Nothing I can do about flights until Jan 2010 but that hasn't stopped me looking at the various options including maybe splashing out and going Business/Upper class...

Thats one problem with planning so early, my trip seems to be getting more extravagant every day :rotfl2:

Yep we're going in August and want to stay at the BC, hoping for free dining again :thumbsup2

We will probably do a short, and cheap 10 day visit in September/October 2010 - it needs to be a cheap holiday as in Feb 2010 we are doing a half world cruise - for 56 nights.

Jackie were looking at 2011,so missing out 2010 after next year's trip.Reason is we only pay cash for our holidays,NO credit cards etc..so that's why we don't go as often as we would like.Much better to come home and pay for the next holiday, than to pay off for the one we have just been on.
Can't wait for 2011,because Harry Potter would have opened by then :cool1: .
Obviously there's no prices around yet but it does'nt stop us thinking about where were going to stay, how long for etc..x.

We'll be going for about 4 weeks towards the end of July, the rough plan at the moment is to include our first stay at Bay Lake Towers and possibly a Disney Cruise (waiting for the 2010 cruise schedule to be released next week :goodvibes )

we are going next yr and if we could i would start planning for 2010 but hubby says no :sad2: maybe if we could leave the kids at home then we could go :lmao:

We are going Dec 2010 (and into Jan 2011!!:lmao: ) - we are (fingers crossed) going to book our DCL Christmas Cruise in the next few weeks - just hoping for the 'right' prices and the right itinerary!!

It will feel more real once something is ACTUALLY booked!!

yep, already planning for 2010, cant afford to go next year, 2011 is also in the planning stages.

Planning going Oct2010 and the kids want to stay in contemporary, so will wait and see

I am tempted by the disney cruise myself and I have never been interested in cruising before.

We did a Nile cruise in '97, and I discovered that years of crossing the Mersey by ferry didn't mean I had sea legs ;) but we had a great time and have also had four holidays over the years touring the Norfolk Broads - I just suffer with my balance for a couple of days afterwards.

I wasn't interested in doing a Disney cruise until I read the following trip report http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1919252
I enjoyed reading it so much that I wanted to go right away :) hopefully 2010 dates will fall in with our holiday plans.

I think when we are there we will be having a look around the Bay Lake Towers we both loved the contemporary from what we saw when we went to Chef Mickeys and we are discussing DVC so maybe we will buy before we go so we can stay depending on cost.

Yes I'm thinking about 2010 as I can't afford to go next year. Hoping to make 17 or 18 days in disney the end point of my long summer holiday (I'm a teacher) travelling down the east coast.

Thinking about Virgin upper class flights and staying at POFQ but the big question when booking comes around will be do I save the pennies for extra spending and book an all star value resort or splash out on POFQ as a 30th birthday present treat?
As this will be my first time staying on site (and my first solo trip) I'll be asking for advice closer to the time.
