Anyone own a "park model home".....(trailer)????

First let me say...HELLO CB!!!!! It has been WAY too long since I have been here! I miss you!

Anyway, dh and I are looking into buying a park model home and having it for a summer spot on Cape Cod. We have looked at a bunch of differnet types and it seems to us that the Dutch Park and Kropf seem to be "out type".....anyone have a park model or any advice/experiences???

They are not cheap however they do offer the most affordable way of having a summer home in a normally expensive area......price it right!

That being said.....we have a couple of capmgrounds in mind.....Peter's Pond in Sandwhichand Cape Cod Camping in East Falmouth...anyone been to either of these?

We looked at doing that just a couple of years ago. Park model too. But right now, our weekends are so consumed we figured we couldn't justify the park space annual rental fee. So, its on the back burner for a while til life isn't so nuts.

We were going to put it on Manchaug (Sutton) & live there all summer & commute to work.
