Anyone own a Kobo Glo?

Looking to upgrade my first generation Kobo eReader and like the concept of the Kobo Glo with the light.

Was wondering if anyone has one and whether or not they like it.

Both my sister and I had a Kobo (not the glo). She had her's a year before she bought me mine for my birthday (this past August)...so since she already had one I did not set up my own account. Needless to say 4 months later my Kobo would not charge AT ALL. I called Kobo and they basically didn't want to do anything for me (I didn't have the receipt-but she had hers so to them I didn't even own a Kobo). So I went and bought a Sony eReader and LOVE it. In the mean time I went on Twitter and complained about their customer service and how it sucked...and low and behold someone from Kobo emailed me to have them send it bad and they would send me a refurbished one, my intention was just for them to know how frustrated I was. So I had the Sony and a "new" Kobo (which I ended up giving to a friend). I would not buy another Kobo but my sister loves hers. I like the Sony because you have the option of using buttons to turn the pages rather then just the touch screen (which I had difficulty with at times, which is weird because I own an iPhone). I just bought a small book light for the eReader that clips onto the case. I don't know if this helps.

thanks Twinz but that isn't wasn't I was looking for. I have a first generation Kobo and have no problems...I was seeking comments (good & bad) from people who own a Kobo Glo to see if I should upgrade my current Kobo eReader to the new Kobo Glo.
