I purchased a lens though them, and I had a great experience with them. Very fast delivery, and they called me to make sure it was not a fraudulent order before the shipped anything. I was very happy with them.

They have a good rating I am considering getting a camera from them. DON'T get suckered in by those places that are pricing the camera REAL LOW. The horror stories I have read about those places will send stories through your over-charged credit card, and from what I have heard they will do that for you to. Royal camera and the like are who I'm talking about definitely use the link provided in the above post.

I have ordered 5 cameras(including video) from them, all delivered VERY QUIK.

I have never had to return an item, but they do have a restocking fee if you change your mind and want a refund. If you are 100% sure of the item you want, they are a very good choice. If you want to try a camera and see if you like it, they are not a good choice.

B&H is also a very reputable online retailer. Also, I just ordered a lot more Nikon equipment than I had any business buying, from a variety of sources, and found www.robertsimaging.com and www.sigma4less.com to provide excellent service. Also used Amazon for one lens and Beach for the body and a flash unit. Good service from all four; of the four, Beach took the longest time to ship, but my order still arrived within a week, via FedEx. I have used www.butterflyphoto.com in the past as well, and was satisfied, overall, with my experience with them.

i do know beach doesn't ship after friday morning till monday so if you order over the weekend on line the order won't be started processing til monday at the earliest

On the other hand, I ordered my DL from Beach on July 3rd around noonish, and it was shipping out that afternoon and I had it just a few days later - not bad for being the day before a holiday, I thought!

I would absolutely buy from them again. I just wish they carried more lenses and other accessories...

my sister-in-law had a bad experience ordering from buydig before xmas. she ordered a garmin nuvi (hand-held gps). the box arrived and there was no gps in it, just accessories. when she finally got buydig on the phone (wasn't easy) they treated it as theft during shipping and filed a claim with the shipping company. they said it would take a month or more to get her money back. in the mean time, since this was for an xmas present for her husband, she had to buy a second one. i'm assuming she is eventually going to get her money back.

when her husband opened the second one on xmas morning, some of the plastic bags holding the accessories appeared to have been opened. but the gps unit bag still appeared to be sealed.

all in all she is NOT a happy buydig customer.

personally i buy from amazon.com, newegg.com, bhphotovideo.com. that's pretty much it. these places are extremely trustworthy.

I just bought a new camera from buydig.com. I placed the order yesterday at lunchtime, and selected the free shipping option (7-9 business days). The camera was delivered at 10:30am this morning, less than 24 hours later! I will definitely consider them for future purchases.

That's why I always select free shipping!! I've always had my orders within 1-2 business days, even when ordering as late as 4:30 in the afternoon the order has still shipped that afternoon.

I just bought my new Canon S2 from them for $269! I paid $369 for the same camera back in July. ( That camera was stolen). I had the camera within 24 hours of ordering. They were superfast and I had everything that I ordered.
