My husband ordered flowers to be delivered to our dinner at the CG for our 5th anniversary and the flowers never came, the florists never bothered to call and tell us that there was a problem, etc. We had to call the next morning to get our money back, and even then we had to ask for a manager as the person who answered the phone said that we had cancelled our ADR when we hadn't. She also lied and said that they had left us several messages. Nope, not a one on our home, room, cells, or work phones.
We got our money back and the flowers for free, but my husband was very upset at their carelessness.
