I feel like such a pig right now. I went from 140 to 120 (finally) it took me a good 6 months... going from 125 to 120 took awhile. This was in January. In March I was still in the 120-125 range. It's August now. I was neglecting my body and I'm at about 141. I feel so sick with myself. I was doing so well. I'm only 25 and I have no energy, all my cute clothes dont fit me anymore, I am depressed.
So I see this South beach diet... looks pretty good and easy to follow... it says you dont have to exersize...but we all know that simply isnt true. So I plan on doing this diet and exersizing.
I also hope to get pregnant soon... I dont want to be 140+ when I do get preggo... last time I gained 41 pounds!!! YIKES!
Any tips on this diet? Anyone had luck... any stories?

Since starting SB I've lost 12 lbs., 6 more until goal!
