We bought sight unseen at BCV. While I guess we did see the sight, but that was it because it wasn't built yet. BCV was a rumor that we had heard about right after VWL was for sale and we know that was not right for us since I don't like the "lodge" theme so we waited for BCV. We are extremely happy with BCV and wouldn't want to own anywhere else. Sure there are a few things we would like. I would like some more convienant quick food / snack bar option at BC along with the current sit down places. I would also like GV's at BCV. But, that I am still extremenly happy with the purchase and glad we own at our favorite.
I think one of the big things to consider is as a few others have said. The condo vs resort type of place. Our family really doesn't like the condo type of outdoor entrance to our villa. We like carpeted hallways to the entrace of our villa. It just gives it a more luxurious feeling like you would find in a 5 star resort.
