Anyone near a Menard's??

Hi All,

My family went back to visit my parents in Wisconsin this summer. My mom gave me a Soup mix that she said was really good. Well, we live in Houston, so the urge to have soup did not strike until last night. I made the soup she gave me. It was wonderful!! The problem is, I threw away the package and cannot find the brand.

If anyone has had the dry broccoli cheese soup (the kind that is powdered and you add milk to) found a Menard's and knows the name of the company, please let me know!!

Who'd have thought of buying soup mix at a hardware store???

Is it Bear Creek? DH buys soup mix from Menard's and Farm N Fleet all the time, and I think that is the brand. I'm not feeling well, otherwise I'd go downstairs and check for you...maybe in the morning!!

Bear Creek is indeed the brand sold at my Menards.

Bear Creek soup is also sold at Kroger and Meijer... Potato soup is also really good, and the Darn Good Chili, too....

The kind my mom gave me was not Bear Creek. I will have to try that one though. We do have the Bear creek brand down here at Kroger. The one I had was made in Crystal Lake, IL. Don't ask me why I remember where it was made, but not the brand name.

They don't sell the Bear Creek brand at any of our Menards. I don't remember what brand it is. We used to buy it until we tried the Bear Creek. Walmart carries the Bear Creek brand but they are frequently out of it. Try the Chili too!!!

could it be Cuginos? If remember correctly it's in a yellow package. They started out selling at craft shows but are now in stores.

I live near a Farm n Fleet and Menards too! I've never seen anyone thats not from my area that knows of a Farm n Fleet haha! Are you from IL?

I grew up in SE WI, so had Farm n Fleets, then moved to my current location where we have Fleet Farms, how confusing! Those and Menards are my DH's homes away from home....

We have been using Soups Divine for years and they are wonderful! Too funny as we usually get them at the local craft show or farmers market and she used to be called "The Soup Lady". What a small world!

I live near a Farm n Fleet and Menards too! I've never seen anyone thats not from my area that knows of a Farm n Fleet haha! Are you from IL?

We have Farm & Fleet (and Menards) in Iowa, too.
