Anyone meet Belle in her common clothes?

I met the same Belle in 2 different places on 2 different days in her common clothes. The 1st meeting was in Epcot and the other meeting at CRT. In between these 2 meetings I meet a different Belle in her gown at the Theatre. I was extremely disappointed with the Belle in her common clothes. She seemed to have no interaction and just wanted to get the pictures done and over with. I also found her to look nothing like Belle at all. Meeting Belle in her gown was a whole different interaction. She was pleasant, had time to talk, even asked to take an alone picture with my 9 month old daughter. I then met the same Belle as the 1st meeting at CRT and was again disappointed. I thought I would get a better interaction now that she had a little more time then when she was at the park, but we got the exact opposite. We met all the other princess' and they were amazing, then came along Belle. She was just very awkward. Has anyone else experienced her and felt the same way. I can provide a picture of her if anyone may not be sure if they have met the same Belle.

Just wanted to thank Belle in her gown for the amazing time we had with her!

We met Belle in her gown in MK and Belle in her common cloths in Epcot last September. Both times she was wonderful and gave a lot of attention to my 3 year old niece. Also, both times she looked just like Belle.

Only time we met Belle in her common clothes was when DD went up for the Story Time with Belle a few years ago. I didn't know you could meet her in her common clothes

Belle was in her common clothes in the castle and was wonderful. I thought she looked like herself . She spent more time with us than any other princess. She asked DS5 if he was a beast or a prince. (He said beast) She talked to DD about reading books and told DS "Bye, my beast" when she left. The only other princess who really spent any amount of time with us at all was Snow White who, along with Cinderella, looked even more remarkably like themselves

10 years ago my niece rode the Teacups with Belle in her common clothes. It was the thrill of her life! Belle is her favorite. She had a virus and was about to go back to the room but after the ride she was fine for the rest of the trip!

I love Belle also! I was very disappointed with both interactions with her. I wish I could have had this same type of experience or atleast a connection of some sort, but non what so ever. However I enjoyed the other Belle I met very much. She actually made me tear up with her interactions with my daughter. I couldn't have asked for me

To me, they both "look" like Belle.

If I had to pick, I'd have actually said that the one in the common clothes looked more like Belle than the other one. Sorry that you didn't have the interaction that you had hoped for.

As for character meal interactions, they tend to be less involved than the park interactions simply due to the nature of the situation.

I believe she is always in France in her common cloths but I could be wrong.

That is my understanding, as well.

Hopefully our next trip we'll get a different Belle. She seemed very rushed in the parks even before Beast came out. I had a little girl behind us in line that was so excited. We all went to Aurora afterwards and the girl was also disappointed at how quick Belle was with her. Also in all the pictures I have with Belle in her common clothes she never puts her hands anywhere but together in front of her. The woman behind us showed us her daughters picture with Belle and she did the same thing. It was very strange as every character we encounter put their arms around us or our daughter. Thank you everyone for sharing your thoughts. Hoping for better luck next time!!

Thats the first place we met her in her common clothes. She was in France for about 20 minutes alone and then Beast came out for an addition 20 minutes with her. We were there a little over a week ago.

I'm also wondering if maybe this had something to do with the college program starting and maybe she was new? Who knows

We met the same Belle twice last September two days in a row. In her blue dress at CRT, then in her yellow dress at Akershus. She apparently remembered my DD because she even said something about seeing her the day before when she was wearing her blue dress. It wasn't one of the ones previously pictured though. I can't figure out how to post pictures, or I would. She was great with DD both times. We had a multicolored pen (4 different choices) and she said she loved those pens and drew DD a picture in her autograph book using multiple colors.

We met with Belle in her common clothes in Epcot. We liked her, she was one of the nicest princesses we met. The only one I had any complaits about was Snow White in MK. She didn't really say much to DS and just wanted to get out of there. To be fair, we were the last people they let in line.

Your Belle in her blue Provincial costume is actually one of the best Belles Disney has ever had!

The only times I ever saw Belle in her gown was at Akershaus and in the princess greeting area at MK. I have seen her numerous times at Epcot, always in her regular dress. That's also what she wears at CRT.

This is an accurate run-down of where to find her in what. Just know that Belle is not necessarily a regular any more at CRT. I think she alternates with Jasmine now that Ariel is there most of the time.

Just to let you know that characters have good and bad days, I think. I had an amazing moment with Tigger at CP one year at lunchtime, truly one of the highlights of my trip. Everything that trip was about my 19 year old, and I was just the picture taker, which was totally fine with me, but Tigger grabbed me and gave me a hug that truly caught me off guard. Luckily, my teen grabbed the camera and caught the picture. It's framed and a very special moment. The following year we went to CP for breakfast, and Tigger ignored me. I was crestfallen; my then 20 year old wanted to go tell Tigger to get back there and be nice to me! I told her that Tigger must have been having a bad day.

Sorry to be OT, but I think we have to realize the characters are human, well sort of, you know what I mean!

She was an important part of a magical moment my daughter had on her birthday in the Magic Kingdom. She looks awesome in yellow too!

We were there from 4/7-4/16. We were at CRT on 4/13. None of these pictures is our Belle. We had Belle, Jasmine, Aurora, & Snow White.
