anyone made CRT ressies within the past 1-2 weeks

the menu options have changed I noticed and things are voice promted now - no pushing #1....has anyone found a way to get throught the promts quickly for the morning rush on CRT - do they not do the same info gathering in the am?

we need to call tomorrow so looking for any advise

I've called and have switched my CRT ressie twice because I had to switch my vacation up. I've called and never had a wait and have gotten exactly what I wanted. Even called about 2 weeks after the 180 mark. No problems.

I think you can hit 0 or just not hit anything and you will be directed.-

I called right at 7am EST and had no trouble - I did wait through all the prompts because I couldn't figure out how to bypass them. However, I had no problem getting my 1st choice of date and time (it was in my 180 + 10 day time window). Good luck!

The fastest way to get through is to answer "no" to all the questions. (except If you want it spoken in English!)
