Nope! It's entirely unpopulated! LOL! I'm joking!! I don't know the answer but if no one replies, there are a batch of Aussies on the Disneyland planning board.
As the previous poster mentioned, my friend said they are everywhere in Aus and they are much cheaper. He said they don't have all the designer styles he saw in the US they are more of the basic slipper style. He hasn't lived there very long so he didn't know of an online place you could look for prices and such, sorry.
Agreed - uggs, ughs, ugly boots are the general name for lots of boots & slippers that are made of sheepskin with the wool on the inside.
You can get the 'fancy' designer ones, or with leather on the outside so your toes do not press through the boot - but unless you are a 'bogan' they are best worn in the house and not as general street wear.
Paying $100+ for a pair of house slippers seems a bit extravagent unless you go like mine - leather outer so they last for years
My DD found a pair she thinks she needs, to me they look like house slippers, but a lot of her friends wear them to school, however I will not pay $90 for them, and was hoping for a cheaper alternative...
