Anyone know where to get neck wraps?

I am looking for those neck wraps that you soak in water and then put around your neck. I've tried Wal-Mart, Target and KMart. Nothing. Possibly sporting goods stores??

Our Wal-Mart has them in the sporting goods/camping section.

We got ours at Sports Authority. They were with the headbands/sweatbands.
