Anyone know when they change Illuminations for the holidays?

I have heard that Illuminations has a different ending during the holiday season. I have never actually seen it and I wanted to know when they started it. Is it right after Thanksgiving or further along into December??? We will be there Nov 26th to Dec 3rd and wanted to sched a cruise for the holiday version!!! TIA

I was there on December 10 and it was already switched, but I am not sure how early.

We saw it the Thursday after Thanksgiving this year. It brought tears to my eyes.

Does anybody know how long the special display will last? Does it stop on New Year's or hopefully longer?

They have another special New Year's ending, so I would think it would switch to the NY one on NYE or maybe right after Christmas. The Christmas ending made me and everyone around me cry. It was beautiful.

I know that this year they changed it after November 21, but by November 27th (those were 2 dates I saw it). As far as how long they do it for, last year we had an Illuminations cruise, I think it was January 3, and they'd already stopped. I remember our boat captain said that they'd done the last performance December 30th.
