Anyone know when Space Mountain will open again? I heard July, but not sure of the exact date.

That's what it says on the refurb. schedule. July 15th.

Does anyone know if AP holders will get a "sneak peek" of Space Mountain? Or maybe they'll open it up a couple of days earlier to test it out?

I am sure there will be "soft openings" of Space but I wouldn't count on any AP previews. They are pushing it as it is trying to get it ready for the 7/15.
