Just a slightly educated guess: Disney on Ice. It looks alot like a pic of Chip & Dale I have from one about 10 years ago.

That would make sense. Just wish I knew more about this pin.
I bought it as part of a set but afterwards I realized I messed up. What ya gonna do? Right?
Just figured since I've got the pin I should atleast know what kind of pin it is. Even if it was just a rack pin.

Knowing would make me feel better about my oversight
