It's rather far from the parks. Out there are mostly older motels. Are you just looking for a place to stay near a reasonably priced grocery store?

We are staying in a Villa at Indian point which is in the vicinity, some of the people sharing with us need to stay in a hotel close by for a couple of nights.

If I have your location correct (off of 192 and Poinciana) there are a few options near by.

Park Inn International is a budget resort, offering kitchenettes in some rooms.

Magic Castle Inn and Suites is another choice, a budget resort with free continental breakfast, fridges, and free Disney transportation. Both of these resorts are right near the corner of 192 and Poinciana.

A bit further in towards Disney off of 192 is Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Maingate East, a very good choice, with free transportation to Disney, children's programs, Kidsuite rooms, microwaves and refrigerators in each room, and kids under 13 eat free.
