Anyone know the name of the new property across the street?

It's the one that is currently being built, kind of behind the Mimi's. I think it might be a Marriott? with a fun water park in the works.

It is a Marriott property. Courtyard I think. Supposed to open in July last I heard.

It's a big Courtyard by Marriott (same owners as HoJo's), with a Holiday Inn Express behind it.
