When we ordered tshirts for our cruise I went thru disney.com and picked a picture from their selection and had the words Island Hoppin', St. Martin, St. Thomas, and Castaway Cay put on it.

There is a message board called cruise critic. We went on a cruise in March and a bunch of people ordered shirts for the crazy easter cruisers. Check it out. Good luck

I used zazzle.com for custom t-shirts. I signed up for their e-mail updates and waited. I eventually received 15% off and some other discounts. The shirts are high quality Hanes t-shirt.
