Insert page means that it went to press prior to the changes, I wonder if they knew that this was coming? Was it a promotion or a demotion?

Ken mentioned in his message that Terri is the first CM elevated from within the DVC family to this leadership role.

His page on Disney Files is just a normal message from Ken. So it was after they went to press on the mag.

It’s a pretty big promotion for Ken.

Reports on Terry are unanimously positive.

That's one thing about Disney, they really like to move management every few years. Makes it very hard on the CM's.

As I mentioned in an earlier post in this thread, the Disney Co. is quite an executive "incubator", and most people DO want to move up. And sometimes that means they are headhunted away to a better role elsewhere. Seems it's the same all over corporate America.
