ANyone know about song credits?

I have 2 one way tickets I bought from Orlando to JFK coming home from Spring Break. I can't use them now. Will they give me a credit or anything or am I out of luck. Thanks for any info!

Make sure you call them and tell them you will not be able to travel. You will have 1 year from date of purchase/issue to use the credit. Of course there will be a fee for this but you don't pay it until you purchase your new tickets.
