I know exactly how you feel, we just had our bunny baby of 5 years put to sleep on July 3rd due to a serious infeciton in her foot and I miss her alot.
We went last Saturday and matched up our boy with a new companion (rescue) so he wouldn't be so lonely.
If she had not been spayed, she very well could have had cancer. 80% of female rabbits die unexpextedly from uterine cancer within a few years.
