yeah - they didn't pay the mortgage....would love them to try and sue BOA...they don't have the money.
I assume they are not making the mortgage payments so they can have as much money as possible to pay for their daughters defense lawyers.
I do think the whole affair thing is true, I don't think (or hope) that is the smoking gun.
What affair???
What affair???
Also, as a local, I wanted to add that if Casey needs taxpayer money for her defense, I think a public defender should fill the bill quite nicely. I'm afraid my pocketbook can't handle her expensive legal team![]()
The news shows have been reporting that Grandpa had a year long affair with someone that came out to help search......
The sister of the woman that he had an affair with was on all the talk shows yesterday & they have records showing Grandpa George coming in & out of her gated community as well as text messages (almost daily) & many calls.
The woman stated that Grandpa George said the baby's death was an accident....
So very sad.
In the reports I noticed that they stopped making payments in June, the exact same month Caylee went missing (but who wasn't reported missing until July). I would love to know if skipping the June payment was already in the works or.....just another weird thing to think about....

You forgot that the women he had the affair with passed a police administered lie detector test.
Defense attorney Chaney Mason has joined Casey's defense team. He will take her case on pro bono because he does not believe in the death penalty. This is a really big deal. Chaney Mason has an incredible record as a defense attorney.
All funds obtained from the state will be used to pay for things such as expert testimony. The money from the state will not pay for her defense team.
this is not good.
A judge asked Casey Anthony's defense to explain how their attorney's fees have been spent until this point before ruling on her indigency.

Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland presided over Wednesday's hearing. He asked the defense to provide an itemized list by Friday detailing how they have spent the more than $100,000 Anthony has already paid in fees.
Strickland said he will decide if the state should pay for Anthony's defense costs after reviewing the list.
Baez recied $200,000 from ABC (Casey selling) and $5k from an anonomous donor, $70k from Todd Macaluso...geez.
and the sealed evidence is letters she wrote to another inmate. no confession in them though. I was hoping for more.
