Not "just" back, but my daughters set out to see how many they could get back in November....we prebooked 3 starting at rope drop and they got 7 extra, for a total of 10. But, they took what they could get based on time, not ride....whatever one came up with the earliest time they took. They did this in MK and we were actually rather surprised at what was available....they actually got a SDFP for 7DMT. Obviously someone must have just cancelled their FP or something....they decided to take it even though it meant waiting about 30 minutes for the window to open....because they figured they'd never get that again, lol.
Well I am referring to the SDFP that you can get if you have two or more sets of magic bands. Not sure if that is the way you were going Connie B? Sorry, I'm confused.
How is that supposed to work exactly? Your magic bands ( no matter how many you have) are tied to your MDE account. It will know when each person on that account has a FP booked. How would you get another FP before using the one you currently have?

There's a 57 page thread on this topic somewhere. That and the Throwaway room topic seem much too complicated for me. I'd rather wait until the last few hours of the evening and then ride whatever I want as many times as I can. Much more efficient than keeping up with multiple bands and waiting in line at the kiosks.
you must have two (or more) separate MDX accounts with bands attached to both. That is what the poster is discussing. Possibly including a throwaway room account to get 60 days on both sets. I would guess that there is not a large number of guests currently doing this as it requires some wheeling and dealing.

Thank you. The 2 accounts makes the whole thing make some sense now. Seems like too much effort to be worth it to me, but whatever. I'm surprised they haven't closed that loophole yet.
You'd think it'd be pretty easy right? The old FP machines used to check if the ticket being scanned had been used for park admission that day, and it would reject it if not. Not so with the current system.
