Anyone jog/run at windsor hills?

My daughter is a avid runner and we were curious if windsor hills was "runner friendly"? Mostly would be early am runs, maybe some evening---would traffic be a concern? Or I noticed they had a fitness center----does anyone know if they have tredmills there? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You will meet many runners there early am, also thet have a treadmill in the fitness center.

Just got back and saw many runners and walkers at all times of the day. There's also treadmills in the fitness center.
After all the walking in the parks we were more into resting or floating in the pool.

Yes there are treadmills in the fitness center, and you can get a few miles run in through the complex. I thought there was a path around the pond, but found out it only goes a short way and then you have to run through the townhouse parking lots. There will not be much traffic to contend with - mostly just before the parks open. The road outside of the complex (Old Lake Wilson) would not be safe to run on at all - there aren't any shoulders.

I agree with everyone - I was there Nov 2 for 2 weeks and walked most mornings - we were able to put in about 30-60 minutes walk without retracing our steps too much. Very safe and pleasant surroundings to exercise in. The only thing with the gym to consider is that it opens at 8am - if you want to go to the parks early, this may not be an option for the mornings. It is however open until 10pm, along with the pool.
