August 5th is ok with us! Rainforrest is also fine with us!! The kids love that place! Hope everyone can make it. (We have five in our family)

My family would love to get together with everyone! We live in Dearborn, also. August 5th at the RFC sounds great. However, we should probably get a head count. I know they take ressies but if we have a LOT of people it will be hard to get that big of a table. It is also very hard to socialize with people at opposite ends of the table. If there are that many people, maybe a park/picnic thing would be better. JMO! I will go with whatever everyone decides!

Ah ha! LisaR--good point. Let's start a new thread with HEAD COUNT in the title and we'll see how many people want to go. If it's a reasonable count, then we'll do the RFC but if not, perhaps we should consider moving it elsewhere.

Mamalu! Of course--you are more than welcome to attend...Toledo is close enough!

So what do you guys think about August 5th...any one NOT able to make it?!! I would love to hear more replies!!!

I agree with Lisa about the park idea. It is hard to socialize with people at RFC because it is usually so crowded.

Prnssjas, you may want to call the RFC and see if they could accomodate a very large group. Maybe they could give us the first ressie time, so there wouldn't be many other people in there. If they open at 11am, we could have it then and we would probably take up most of the restaraunt. We could get tables together in a cluster instead on one LONG table.
Just ideas.

The park idea sounds better than the RFC. The RFC is normally very crowded. Mid afternoon would also be better for those that may be coming from afar.
