Anyone in the wilkesbarre area?

Today my mom told me my uncle is stuck in a flooded zone in wilkesbarre. He has two small children and is very upset. My mother told him he could go to her house (About an hour away at the poconos) but he can't get out to get there I guess? All the highways are getting messed up. They are just sitting watching TV and waiting for some instruction. I just wanted to know if anyone knows any info that might help him get out and get to a dry area with his children and my aunt. Thank you.
