yes, but I do it all by hand b/c I almost killed my KA the first time I made it...
I also always forget if it's 1 or 2 T., so I usually only put 1 T...
Kneading with cornstarch is the key to making it satiny. Do not skip this step. You must knead it for awhile. I noticed this difference with the chanel cake...the others I didn't knead it as long and without the cornstarch...

I often color the fondant that is going to cover the cakes while I am mixing it. (I use my KA mixer and have had no problems... YMMV) and make a second batch of just white fondant. I will divide the white fondant up into however many accent colors I need and color each of those small balls of fondant by hand.
Lately, she's just been judging the various Food Network competitions.Or is so busy herself, competing that she doesn't explain how she works.
