Anyone in/done their 2nd DCP?!

I have my phone interview tomorrow for my 2nd College Program. I've been searching the internet for what seems like years trying to find some information about the interview and process the 2nd time around.

I'm just wondering if they'll ask different questions than the first time around. Or if they'll be asking for previous managers or coordinator's names. If I get accepted, will I have to go to traditions again? Will I have to go to casting again? What's the rehire process like? Anyone been denied after having participated in the DCP once?

If anybody has answers to these questions or has experienced 2nd program things and has information for me, let me know!

If you've done Traditions within the past (either 6 months or 1 year, can't remember which), then you won't have to do it again. Otherwise, you will. (This may be different if you are currently a Seasonal CM in good standing).

As far as asking about your previous managers/coordinators ... MAYBE your managers, although even that is unlikely, and almost certainly not the coordinators.
