Anyone in December getting FP+ and MB

We check in 12/8 and I just received my email that my magic bands have shipped. They should be at my house Monday morning! Still haven't received any kind of email telling me to check in online or customize bands or select FP+.

I check in 12/8 as well and got the email this morning about them being shipped!!So excited!!!!

Magic bands arrived yesterday.. Check in Dec. 6th. So Excited!!

There should be kiosks in the parks where you can modify your selections the day of without a phone or tablet. Where these kiosks are and whether guests have access to them (or you have to go through a CM), I don't know. I tried to do some searching having trouble finding more infromation. The kiosk are mentioned the FP+ FAQS on the wdw page and I know I've seen people mention them here on the DIS.

There are kiosks, but I'd do some research of exactly where they were. DH and I had to make a change while at MK and I had to ask several CM's where to find the kiosks. Some had no idea and another one told me they don't have kiosks that I'd have to use MDE app to make changes (which I knew was wrong and told her she was incorrect). Finally a CM told me I'd have to go all the way back to the park entrance beside Town Square Theatre to find a kiosk. I did, and there were about 6 kiosks inside and 2 outside the theatre along with about 3 CM's with tablets to assist guests. I was all the way back in Fantasy Land so this was a big pain as it was about an hour after park opening so we had to walk the opposite way of everyone coming into the park.

Hopefully others can post exactly where to find the kiosks in each park so you don't waste time like we did

We got instructions for magicbands & FP+ yesterday. However it only gives us choices for MK when we want to choose in HS. They should be linked to our reservations and tickets.

Just got my official invite to test from Disney.I arrive 12/8 and my magicbands shipped today and should be here Monday!

I'm starting to get nervous..... We also check in on Dec 8th, and so far no emails and the MDE site says our bands are "still processing". Hope it's just a short delay. Can't wait!!

What day do you check in? Our first resort is 12/7 and the last day to customize was 11/6 and we got them on 11/8. It was a smaller package than I realized for 3 of us. Our second resort we check in on 12/11 and tomorrow is the last day to customize so I guess we will get them on Tues or Wed. Good luck!

I check in on 12/9. My bands are sitting there ready to ship. Hope it's soon.

Check in on the 15th... Funny, we just got the letter today for the official invite and it states that because we are DVC members that we are being "included" in the test. LOL

I got my invite yesterday for a 1/5 trip. However, I customized my bands a long time ago and had already started making FP+ ressies. I don't know why your letter was so late, but I think everyone is now considered a tester. You get them ordered or get grey ones at check in. Good luck.

I never got an email for either of my shipments, so keep checking MDE as well!

We have a split stay, got Dec2 MB 4-6 days after the last day to customize. MDE sat for days saying "will ship soon" then one day I had a tracking number and they we already at my house. No email. And I'm still waiting on Dec 8 MB, not gonna worry yet since it took so long to get first set.
