I am here, but will probably leave soon, I have to clean up the room some before I go to bed, we are stripping the wallpaper in the family room and it is currently all on the floor.

I don't know, but when we were younger I had a friend that asked her Mom if she could dye her hair purple, her Mom said no so she dyed it blue.

This child is an adult .. almost 23.. It is part of her.. this attraction to the wild and outspoken.. the artistic flair... The smurf blue hair.. I smiled, then I laughed when I saw the picture. My dh says.. It's only hair.... I just got used to the pink..... ah to be young and full of life....

Well mj, ask me in 18 years when DD will be 23 but, I'd be mortified. That's just me though.

Took me 2 years to get used to DS's 'moussed-spike-look'. Now, I wouldn't recognize him without it!

The smurf blue hair will look oh so lovely in the family pictures we will be taking this Saturday morning.. she told me she would change it if I wanted her too..... We will be a funny Christmas card photo this year... ds 15 has decided not to cut his hair.. he looks like a giant dandelion gone to seed.... ds 21.. got his hair buzzed as he had to do so when he went on field exercises,dd 12 may not smile.. or she may grimace.. depends on what "mood" she is in during that 30 minute period... ...

to be quite honest I am just thrilled to be having our first total family picture... and I am sure I will be tickled PINK

It is late and I am just letting my mind wander along the dis...

I am not sure how I would react to that. I am sure I wouldn't be happy with the color, but at 23 she is an adult and can make her own decisions. But if she was under 18......

Debbi, if you want people to know when you're online & here, click on User CP, click on edit options, For invisible mode, click No, scroll down and, submit modifications. Then, your light will be on.
