Honestly, I see no point in it. Just another prepackaged way to cut calories.
I have never succeeded on weight loss when I had to give up things I enjoy. Even for three weeks. Now that I realized what caused my failure, I am losing weight and feeling better then ever. I do If It Fits Your Macros and 80-20. I eat healthy, clean, basic foods 80 percent of the time and then eat those other things 20 percent. I also make sure to get enough Proteins and Fats, then allow myself Carbs. All while counting calories.
It's way more awesome then cutting stuff out you don't have to.
It's not about calories at all - or weight loss for that matter. That is why I was so intrigued by the program in the first place. Its a pretty strict eating plan for 30 days just to get your body reset.
I am on day 2 and it's tough as nails! I admit I gave in last night and ate a bowl of cereal

My highlights in my first two days:
**The grocery is eye candy right now and I hate it. The bread isle smelled glorious and I haven't eaten bread in over 5 years (gluten allergy)
**Pineapple isn't as bad as I always thought it was
**Black coffee is bitter but I'm getting used to it
**My headaches have started already!

**Last night I put a box of frozen burgers in the fridge and put dinner in the oven but forgot to turn it on
28 more days....
