We just got back and while we had a great time I was disapointed in the lack of Holiday decorations. Every where we went there where very few holiday things up. Anyone else notice this?

Nat- Gotta cut corners some how... What would you do if you had to pay 4.3 BILLION dollars for the Marvel characters?

With that kind of money they could have built another theme park! Or retained employees with many years of experience that had earned a decent wage...

Can anyone please tell me how Disney will recoup that expenditure in the future?

Sorry about the rant folks... everyone please have a fantastic 2010!!!

Yeah Nat, EPCOT and DAK was practically devoid of any decorations. and we also felt MVMCP is now way over priced and too crowded, the gifts are gone like the free photo and the fireworks were ho-hum. We agreed it was the last time for that. And we used to look forward to it.

We took a quick trip on the Friday after Thanksgiving and were shocked at the lack of decorations as well. You could REALLY see the cutbacks in Epcot.

Yep I too noticed... we won't be returning during the holidays again for awhile I don't think NOT for the decor an events anyway.

We were there 12/26/09-01/02/10 and while the specials we had seen on TV made it seem like a lot more was done, to us, it was nicely done, and not too overbearing except where it is meant to be, like the Osborne lights, etc
