Anyone heard of way.com?

I purchased the DL AP last night, and at the end I got the page that had the purchase details. I still (at 3:30 PM on Sunday) have NOT received a confirmation email from Way.com. Should I be concerned?

NO, I would not be concerned! I bought a pass from them on Thursday and had also heard to expect an email right away so I called (I think his name is William) way.com and they where really helpful and let me know because they had not offered the AP's in a while and it was a "new product" it would take a little longer. He was really nice and emailed me about my dates of travel on Friday and I had the passes by Saturday.

So I really would not be concerned by if you are I would call and talk to their customer service, they are really helpful. I totally understand you worrying because I was worried too when I had spend so much money but don't worry they should come over soon.

Also FYI customer service is only open mon-fri but you might try emailing if you need an answer right away.

Yes, you should've gotten a confirmation email/receipt right away. Then they will send you another email you asking for more information. Check your junk mail and if it's not there, I'd call them.

Sorry I guess I misunderstood about the confirmation email. As what was posted above you should have got an email right away saying they got your order. I got an email confirming my order right away but didn't get my passes tell 2 days later. Hope that helps :)

I emailed about my 5 day hoppers ordered late Friday night. They said all tickets are cued up in their system, but due to Disney price increase processing is behind. They said it should catch up tonight or tomorrow but not to worry.

Thanks for all the responses. I still don't see a confirmation e-mail, but when I go to 'my account' on Way.com, it shows that the order was processed. I'll try to call tomorrow Thanks again. :wave2:

This weekend we finally pulled the trigger and purchased our 5 Day hoppers for our trip in July (just before the price increase). I priced 2 Adult and 2 Child tickets on Way.com and it came to $976 with no MM. We are staying onsite so MM doesn't really appeal to me so those tickets would work fine. I also priced the same tickets through orbitz.com and they were $1060 (they have a buy 4 days get the 5th free promotion). Using eBates.com I was able to get 5.25% cash back so after rebates it put the tickets right at $1000 total. I decided to stick with Orbitz for the simple fact that they have been around longer and the $24 extra seems like it is worth it for the peace of mind. I had a confirmation email that I just need to print and exchange when I check in within an hour and an email from eBates verifying the rebate in less than 48 hours. If you are looking for 4 or 5 days and way.com doesn't have the MM on the tickets I would use the Orbitz and eBates combo.

Reporting after we used our tickets (5 day PH w/MM) - they worked great! Took our computer print outs to the turnstiles and received regular tickets. My name printed out on DH's & DS's since I bought the tickets in 2 transactions so I told her I was the one who bought all of the tickets, no problem, they just printed their name above. Way.com was a great savings for us.

Just back from our trip. Purchased 4 day PH with out MM for 5 adults and 2 children. Took print outs to the turnstiles and got our tickets with no problems. Nothing was ever said about our names. It was a great experience, would recommend them!

We used them for our tickets last week. I have to say I was extremely leery and wasn't convinced to try them but DH really wanted to save the money so we did. I was really nervous when we got to the turnstile but we had no issues at all. We handed the papers over and got the character card tickets. The next day we had to sign the tickets (the kids had to print their name) and get our photos taken. No problems at all and as much as it pains me to say it, Dh was right :rotfl:

I apologize if this has been answered before in this thread, but has anybody bought a 1-day park hopper from way.com? I read somewhere that if I saw 1 day park hoppers for sale on a third party site like that, I should stay clear and not purchase them, but multiple day tickets were ok.

I'm interested in this also. My son is going for one day while he is in the area for a school function. I'm always on the DW boards--this is like "a whole new world"!! Thanks all!!:)

Follow up: I still couldn't find a confirmation e-mail so I sent a message to Way.com customer service. They called me back within 2 minutes! The gentleman told me he would send it again and would hold while I looked for it. There it was - in a SPAM folder I didn't even know I had. Must say, their customer service was great.

I forgot to come back and report. My tickets worked fine. I brought 4 day tickets with Magic Morning no park hoping. Out trip dates were the 23rd of June to the 28th.

I've read through the last 5 pages of this thread and have a few questions.

I have APs, but I'm buying 2 one-day one park tix for relatives coming into town:

1. I guess I have to put a name on the purchase. Since I have an AP, will Way.com let me put their names on there? Do I need to put both people's names or just one person's name?

2. It looks like the PDF tix can be handed right to the CM at the turnstile. How do they handle the photo thing? Do you wave the papers around at the CM with the iphone and he takes a photo, then the turnstile CM hands you a real ticket? :confused3

3. Does my relative need a photo ID along with this ticket?

Thanks! I'm sure the process is easier once I get there, but my relatives have 1 day and I'd hate to waste their time running from booth to booth, etc.

Looks like way.com's prices increased again recently. Can anyone confirm? Specifically the 3 and 4 day pass hoppers.

Honestly, I think these way.com w/o MM tickets are probably too restricted for your comfort. Not only do they expire, but those particular (cheapest) ones are only good for a particular two week period that you choose when you buy. Maybe you are better off going with getawaytoday where for $10 you can insure your purchase. You don't save as much, but you don't risk as much. You could wait until you get there & pay full price, but I'm worried about a price increase.

We are going to San Diego for a few days before DL so I am thinking once we are on the trip I might purchase the tickets from way.com and print them out at our San Diego hotel.

Do they typically sell out of tickets on this website? We are two weeks out right now.:) What are your thoughts on this plan?
