Anyone heard of this with Bounce Back?

Anyone ever heard that once you book a bounce back you cannot change anything or the bounceback is null and void? That's what I was just told by 2 CM's.

So, I'm frustrated and canceling (GC deal is better, but was going to do % off the last 3 days....)

I asked the CM to please check with someone else and she did. Of course, the 2nd person she asked said YES!
