Anyone hear about DC Haunted Mansion offer yet???

I was wondering if any has heard from DC yet regarding the Haunted Mansion Preview offer????

I would have prefered getting this offer over Brother Bear!

I'm waiting very impatiently!

They had the info on the web site a few weeks ago. Someone posted the NYC isn't listed now. I think as each city fills up they take it off the list.

Bummer! Guess I didn't get it then as Boston is gone from the list!!

beattyfamily, you may have gotten it. It can be several days after they take a city off the website until you get the e-mail.

beatty family - You still have a great chance.

Last time, I was reading about other posters stating they rec'd their invites for BB, and I was bummed -- then about I rec'd mine for NYC.

I was the one who posted that NYC was no longer on the list. I thought they would start sending the invites when each city fills up, maybe they wait until all cities are filled before they send out the e-mails.

Just hoping and keeping my fingers crossed.

I've received invites to two previous showings (Treasure Planet and something else that illudes me right now) that I was not able to attend. The invitations didn't come until about a week before the showings.

I sent in my request on October 5, and am still waiting.

if you are talking about the movie they just said on the news today it was canceled due to problems with Ben Allfeck anyone else hear this?

I have some friends that have already seen it in a sneak preview. It has not been cancelled. I will be seeing parts of it on Sunday at an exclusive viewing.

I'm really confused! What does Ben Allfeck have to do with the Haunted Mansion movie and why would they cancel either the previews or the movie being released because of him???????????

I believe jann1033 has her "ghastly" movies confused.

The HM is right on schedule and ....no I haven't heard on DC in hartford yet...but still waiting...maybe after the BB this weekend?

the Affleck movie got dropped by Disney because "of his bad press" I think there is a story on the home page.

It wasn't the Haunted Mansion but some other film that Affleck was supposed to begin filming in about a month that Disney pulled because of the recent Gigli, j.lo, tabloid stories, etc.

As a side note, I couldn't believe today's Parade section of the newspaper that evidently, Vera Wang is out about $500,000 for labor/materials to make not only one but two wedding dresses for J.Lo, bridesmaids' and MOB dresses. Ouch! Hope somebody pays up.
