Anyone having trouble signing into MDE?

I have my email ad password saved and have been signing in for the past year with it . Now it says my email or password is incorrect?
 
Happened to me about 30m ago. Then I signed in with my husband's acct and saw that everything is still there, so I am not too worried...but I will feel a lot better when I can log back in!!
 
Happened to me, I called and they said they've gone through an update and have been having a lot of this.
 

Yeah it actually asked me to change my password. I did and then it gave me an error message saying it couldn't be saved. When I went to log in later my old password didn't work I typed in the new password and it worked. Go figure.

It said my email or password did not match what was in the system. I decided to wait it out for awhile and see if it gets fixed.
 
I was able to sign in after changing my password but my reservation is missing as well.

My information is still on my phone app.

I just hope things get resolved soon. There may be some people possibly needing to make final payments without having to call.
 
Glad it's not just me. I've had trouble all day. Sometimes it works, but most of time it's problematic!
 
Yah, been having trouble past couple hours. Wouldn't even let me change my password. lol

Called Internet Help Desk, automated message said 30 minute wait, so figured there was a big issue, so will just wait til tomorrow.
 
About 3PM yesterday, I tried to log into MDE and got the "password incorrect" message. Tried several more times until it locked me out. Called tech support, and after a 15 minute wait listening to a bad version of Disney music, was told that passwords now have to be a mix of number and letters with at least 1 special character; and multiple accounts under the same e-mail address (at any Disney entity) were being consolidated. It took about a half hour of me trying to get in and her (CM) resetting this or that before I was actually able to get in. Everything seems to be OK today.
 
called this morning. Took about 10 min. to fix my problem of a lost reservation. If you have ever set up another account because maybe you lost or forgot your password, it is confusing their new system. They are consolidating all accounts with same email, but different passwords. CM said it could take awhile for this to happen and call back if my ressie goes missing again.

Well I have been waiting for them to get it fixed. So I have to call and have my password changed? Does everyone have to call them to get back in?:crazy2:
