I have tried several days to go into the Passholder page to check rates and keep getting a message stating there is a system error, try again later. Anyone else having a problem?

I had that problem, it would give me the same error message, but i was putting in the wrong # from my AP voucher. Once i put in the right number, i got right in.

I got this message after I checked the box to store my pass number on my computer. When I tried to go back into the site the pass number was filled in but the 0 in 02 was missing and the 20 was added in front of the year. When I manually changed these fields I got in with no problem.

Same thing happened to me, you have to change the year numbers.
Got right in after that!

What is the web site? I am a AP holder but not sure of the web site or how to get there. I don't know where my Mickey Montior is, but I do know where my AP is! :cool1:

Is it something anyone can look at or do you need a password? If so how do I get it?

I wanted to get AP rates for Jan 06, but I don't think they are out yet. (only Mid Dec.)

I've tried to get in both on my computer at home and at work and can't get in. I called the passholder's number, got routed to the CRO #, but finally found someone who tried to help me. I gave her my number and she got right in. I tried again while I had her on the phone and still couldn't get in. She had no idea why, as she had no trouble. Apparently it's something in my computers both at work and at home, but I don't know what. I've never been able to get in and I know I'm putting my number in correctly. Someone on another thread suggested I download Mozzila Firefox as that is the only browser they can get in with, so I did, and still can't get in.

What? The PhD doesn't know where to find the AP site? :rotfl2: j/k

http://www.disneyworld.com/passholder

Or just go to the main page and click on 'Passholders'. Log in with the information from your AP. Good luck.

So true, I think it is time to "go back to school!" :rotfl:

Thanks so much for the link. I will check it out.

Goes to show you can know so much, but there is always more to learn! ;)

I cant get on either....I have just a voucher....and a CM told me I cant use a voucher ...only a true AP to get in......Is this true?.....If not how did you get in with the voucher.....the numbers on my card dont match up with the spaces to fill in....

HELP! :confused3

Are you using a Mac with Safari? I get the same error code on mine---but if I switch to a laptop, it works perfectly.

Yes, you can use a voucher. Further down on this page http://www.mousesavers.com/newapdiscounts.html, there is an explanation of how to input the info from a voucher.

As I posted on another thread, it appears the main problem I am having is that I purchased the vouchers from the Disney store last year. I can get into Best Rates with the vouchers purchased directly from the Disney website, but not with those purchased from the Disney store. The Disney ticket office has stated the problem does indeed revolve around the Disney store, and the e-mail response I received from the Disney website about the problem indicated that Disney is aware of the problem and is working on it. I find it amusing ( in a sarcastic manner ) that Disney cannot get vouchers purchased from the Disney store to work on the Disney website... Did anyone even think of trial testing the system before going on line with the Best Rates program ?? No idea when this fiasco will be fixed of course. Oh well, at least I'll be going to Disney, annual pass discount or not !
