Anyone having problems with Disney's site?

My room reservation disappeared but my package reservation has yet to appear. I tried adding it in but no go, says they are having technical difficulties. Haven't received any e-mail confirmation either for my reservation, wondering if anyone else has seen anything from Disney since they booked their trip. I booked on the phone since I had to get rid of the room only reservation.

Did you try update reservations? I have changed my resort four times and I do that each time and it shows back up.

Yes. And it's getting frustrating. It's been like this on and off for weeks. It's showing that I have TWO reservations for my upcoming trip. However one is supposed to be cancelled and a refund for a large sum of money being processed. Seems unlikely if it's still showing me as holding both reservations.
It just shows me that on the main page.. when I actually try and see the reservations, it tells me there is technical problems.
Perhaps they could take a portion of the thousands of dollars I and countless others have spent with them in the last day alone, and earmark it for an new IT team:rolleyes2

I am usually quite patient but there is ALWAYS something wrong with that website and their reservation system and there really doesn't need to be.

That usually works... not the last while for me.
I would just call to figure all of it out, but I booked with a TA so I have to ask her to call instead to make sure they are processing the refund on the room only reservation I booked.

I am frustrated with their website as well. Since Feb or March it has said that I owe $15,000 on my room only reservation. When the total for my stay is actually $4,500. The times I have called to check with them about the mistake they tell me they don't see what I see and just to trust their computer system. It makes me uneasy lol.

I have been speaking with Disney's help desk over the last few days.
Its been over a week and a half since I have been able to access my resort portion of my reservations. Dining comes up fine.
I have cleared history and cookies, I have tried other computers and tablets thinking it was my computer but NOTHING works.
I have tried to retreive and update reservations. NOTHING LOL
Finally the agent I spoke with today did say it was a KNOWN issue on Disney's end and they are working on it.

There is a back door entry if you are wanting to checkin online.
In your address bar type in "mydisneyreservation dot com" no need to enter http:
It will take you to the online check in area. When it asks how you booked you must select "Through a group or convention" regardless of how you actually booked
It is frustrating but at least they are working on it. She could not give me an ETA on when it would be fixed though.
Hope that is helpful :)

Good news. The website worked this morning, I can see all my reservations now :)

Thank you for the update. Mine unfortunately is worse this morning as now instead of it showing 2 reservations I can't actually access it's telling me I have NO resort reservations.
It's my 45 day mark, I am waiting on a substantial refund that hasn't come, I am supposed to pay for the resort reservation I actually have booked, and I can't access it.
It's unsettling. Because the money I had already paid can't be applied to the new reservation, I am supposed to pay three thousand today, while 2700 is supposed to be coming back to my card.
I realize it will probably all work out but I am uneasy about putting another 3000 dollars out there, while they already have that much of my money AND I can't even see that I have a reservation.:headache:

Waiting on my TA to see what she can find out before I pay anything else. If they cancel it, so be it.

Mine was working fine until today! If they are "working on the problem," I might suggest they are making it worse. Disney's IT team is pathetic.
