Anyone have Verizon DSL?

I just got a call from them and was wondering how their service is.

We've had it at the office since February of 2001. No problems that I know of.

We have them--we've also used Sprint and one of the others in the past, and all around Verizon is the best, hands down!

Have it and LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! We've had it for 2 years and never had a problem. Go for it!

We've had it since Feb of this year and totally love it!! I not only the the speed of it, but they have a great tech support....and even better, the only time I needed to call them wasn't even for a problem their service had cause....but they were a great help in solving it for me!!

Ok....I tried it. Must be I'm one of the unlucky ones that live far away from the phone company. I've seen dial-up service that's twice as fast as what I connected at. Oh well....it was worth a try.

It's a debate between them and road runner and I'm not even sure I can get due to where I live. I verzion phone service.

I've had verizon dsl for about 2 years. No problems until recently when they have been making upgrades. That has been annoying but not a real problem. I have only called twice to ask questions. Their support team is excellent. I told the guy I don't know much about computers he told me exactly what I needed to do in terms that I understood.

and it's fine. I think there are other dsl's that are faster though. It's not as fast as I thought it would be. BUT it's much faster than dial up!!! I even use it when I'm on AOL.

We've had it for three years and have never had a problem with it. The download and upload speeds are both pretty fast...and we run a minimum of three computers on it as well and they all keep a pretty fast connection.

About roadrunner...I'd stay clear of them. My mom works at a tech support place that service several different companies. Roadrunner was once one of them and they were losing money big time. There were rumors of them going under soon.
