I posted this on the community board but have not gotten a response. I thought maybe I should post here as well.
I am considering buying this to add to my workouts.

I have read reviews online and they seem mostly positive. I was wondering if any DISers could give personal feedback.
BTW, I am looking at the Ab Glider not the Ab Coaster. I want to work the obliques with the swivel motion as well as the abs with the back and forth motion.
