Adding a reservation on the my disney experience app? We booked through wdw travel company so not sure why it doesn't work, don't really want to call them

We also booked with the Walt Disney Travel Company. It took a few tries and using a few different reference numbers but eventually managed to link it on the app. I think we managed to link it using the resort reservation number rather than the booking reference.

We did have a lot of trouble linking dining reservations - only a few of our dining times would appear on the app however once the UK website was updated with MDE we were able to link everything there. Once that was done it all showed up in the app as well so it could be worth linking it up on the website first.

It wouldn't take my reservation number I got from WDTC (1319xx) but I found another on my invoice which was something like FMYxxxx and then it worked. Also used my mobile number without the first 0.

I've got my hotel reservation, 14 day UK Ultimate Tickets and our dining plan showing up on the website MDX, but on the ipad app all I can see is my hotel reservation, no tickets and no dining plan.

As we're not going till Oct 2014 I'm not stressing about it just yet but as we get nearer to April 2014 and my ADR date I will make sure everything shows up everywhere.

Mine would say it added them but I couldn't then se them!

Then a week later they all appeared.

I think it's just bugged!

I have tried all the numbers I have got from my direct with Disney booking and I can't get any to work so will have to call.

Strangely my DVC booking for this week added fine as did all my dining reservations. It's just my next year trip that won't add.

I've had a few problems linking my MNSSHP and in December we changed resorts and it still showed our old resort.
I called WDW and they have changed it but the room preferances are still for the old resort. I think its just glitches in the new system.

We're having some problems. We managed to get to the point where we could make FP+ reservations for the three of us, but we can't order magic bands. Our MNSSHP tickets are showing and all our dining reservations are showing. But with our ADRs, some are showing as 3 adults and some are showing (correctly) as two adults and one child.

So I have no idea what's glitchy and what isn't. But at least we managed to get our FP+ stuff done.
