Anyone have the Sun Country CC?

Hi

From MN and flying Sun Country. I see that if you have the SC CC, you can present it during check in to get your bags checked free. Wondering a couple of things for anyone who has it and has used it...
1. Is that one free bag per person, per leg of the trip?
2. Also, do you have to have used it/charged anything on it prior to using it for free bags?
