Anyone have the Pixie Hollow Hometree Playset?

Just curious if anyone on the Dis has this or is getting it for a daughter for Christmas. Not sure if it's worth the $50, although the few reviews on ToysRus were positive for it.
 
NO but I'm sure if DD sees it she will want to add it to her train garden.
