I have recently made all of my shirts for our upcoming trips and 2 of them faded. The only 2 that faded were 2 of my DH. One is a black mickey head with Tigger and the other a black mickey head with Donald. The first time I did it, they faded. I did nothing different, used the same paper, washed first with no detergents, ironed on the design, let it set over night and then washed with vinegar and dryed on delicate cycle. And they were the only 2 that faded. So I threw those away and orded 2 more shirts, printed out 2 more designs and went through the whole process again. And they faded again???:confused3 I am at a loss, I don't know what to do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
TIA

time for a new DH?
no seriously, I was just wondering what type of transfer you're using and what it specifically says about the print quality (best, normal, fast) and if you're following the directions outlined on the transfer paper exactly as I found the directions for Avery was different than the directions for HP.

Just curious - did the other tees you made also have large black MH on them or were they other designs?
Did you turn the tees inside out when you washed AND dried? And saying you ddried on delicate cycle - does that mean low (sorry, I don't have that terminology on my dryer so I can't relate)?

I used avery light transfer and I followed the same directions as I did on all of the other shirts. I also had 2 shirts that had black mickey heads and DD has one. I am at a loss as to why they were the only 2 that faded, and then faded again the second time I tried it?:confused3
