Anyone have problems switching to monthly dues?

This is the first year that I have had to pay a full year of dues. So for 2006 I wanted to pay them monthly. After having to fax over the same info several times it was finally confirmed the first week of January that they had all of my acct #'s in the system and correct. I was noted however, that my first (and larger) payment may not be taken out on the 16th and may be delayed a few days because of the "late" input. Ok no big deal. The 18th they say, I check, nope, the 20th, I check nope. Ok now I am starting to get a bit worried. They had better take out the payment this week cause I'm checking in 2/1. and if they don't I don't even know what they will do. Make me pay it all there, cancel the ressie? When I call all I get is "Maam, your payment schedule is all set." not comforting....

I had to call when I received my dues statement because one contract was setup as monthly debit, the other was listed as cash payment. I just called member accounting and she said she switched it over. Of course, it never was updated to the website, both online statments still show the same old stuff (OKW - cash, SSR - direct debit). However, the direct debit that hit my account was for both contracts and the "remaining dues balance" on the website does indicate the payment.

I might call them next week just to make sure that the "classification" is correct because it does still show cash for the one contract. I'm worried that the computer might think that it is supposed to be paid in full by Feb.
