Anyone have Photopass problems not resolved?

I have an "in" at Kodak (who is actually behind the Disney Photopass), and wondered if anyone had a problem with Photopass (Pictures not there-distorted), and Disney was no help??

Apparently Disney has not been conveying problems to Kodak, and therefore some problems have not been fixed.

SO, my "in" at Kodak wanted me to check out to see if people were still having problems with it.


And he cant fix the pricing problem, thats strictly Disney's doing..lol

I don't know if this is considered a problem but we had several pictures taken in front of the castle on 12/31/04. I specifically wanted our family holding tinkerbell. Of course it is the busiest day of the year at MK and we didn't take time to go to Main Street to get our photo. I figured I would just get it on PhotoPass when we got home but all our MK pictures from that day are missing. I used the link on the site to ask them to try to find them but they e-mailed back a few days later and said that they weren't able to locate them. Not really a big problem but a little disappointment.

Here's a problem you can mention if you wish:

We had several photos taken with The Incredibles. Present were Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl. The first several times I went in to view the photos I had a button to add the signatures of Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl to the photo. I actually added the sigs to one photo.

But, when it came time to purchase, the only autograph buttons available for my photos were for Mr. Incredible and Frozone. Frozone did not appear in any of the photos, and I mysteriously no longer had access to the Elastigirl sigs.

I sent an email to customer service and basically got a reply that said there was nothing they could do to help. They didn't offer an explanation for the disappearance of the Elastigirl sig button, and did nothing to help get it back.

Funny thing is one of the photos still had the Elastigirl sig ON IT from my adding it when the Elastigirl sig button was present. It just happened that this one photo was far from the best of the bunch.

If your friend wants any additonal details on this, feel free to PM me. My photos are still on the site. You can clearly see the Elastigirl sig on one photo, but no buttons currently on any of the photos to add her sig. I should also have the email from Customer Service at home.

Yes! We were there 2/5-2/12 and I didn't check the cards until we got home. One card is fine, but the other one says the pictures can't be found. I thought we were just out of luck--who do I contact to try to get it fixed?
