I found one! There is a coupon in the Lego Club Jr. magazine. My son subscribed to it, and lo and behold, there it is. There's a small booklet inside the magazine and it is on the very back of the booklet. It's a buy one adult, get one child free coupon and does not expire until 2011!

I suggest going to a LEGO store or just subscribing to the magazine.
